I think my favorite part about this house is the exterior. You may be thinking, but it's nothing spectacular. It's boring and plain. And I would tell you, you are correct! I can't tell you how many eye rolls or uncomfortable coughs I have gotten when I show the exterior of my house. Eventually, I win my friend over and get them to come to see the inside. And the expression's are priceless. From the street, this home looks very small, but from the inside, you will see that the home uses what space it has very economically and the kitchen alone is well worth the house.
While the structure was built in 1988, the interior (and some exterior) were not. I decided to create a list for you to see what upgrades were done.
Exterior:
Roof
All cement work in the front and east side
Some of the siding on the west and back side.
Interior:
A/C unit times 2
Plumbing throughout the house
Some electrical
Electric Box
100% flooring is now tile and hardwood
100% light fixtures
The kitchen was doubled in size with a huge pantry (see pictures)
All 3 bathrooms have been 100% remodeled.
The bathroom off the master bedroom has a "man" size shower.
A 1,000 sq foot (yes that is one thousand) has been added to the back of the house (bet you didn't see that one coming). (see pictures for how awesome it is).
